Q.01Are any features locked behind higher tiers?
No. Every plan — including Free — unlocks every feature: blog, chatbot, newsletter, social posting, contacts, custom domain, API access, exports. Plans differ only in monthly credit allowance, seats, API keys, custom roles, and support tier. Pick the plan that matches how much you ship, not what you're allowed to use.
Q.02What's the difference between subscription credits and pack credits?
Subscription credits refill every month and reset at cycle end. Pack credits are one-time purchases and never expire. When you spend, Vlozi drains subscription credits first so your pack credits stay untouched.
Q.03What if I run out of credits mid-cycle?
Buy a pack (any size, never expires) or wait for your next monthly refill. Your blog stays live, your chatbot stays online — only new actions pause until you refill. Vlozi emails you when you hit 80% of your monthly allowance.
Q.04Do credits roll over to next month?
Pack credits: yes, forever. Subscription credits: no — use them or lose them. Pick the tier that matches your monthly output, not your peak month.

Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and the new credit allocation lands in your wallet that day. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next cycle.
